At Walking Suits Store, we craft every garment with precision and care, just as we approach your satisfaction. Should any item not meet your expectations, our returns process is designed with the same attention to detail as our half-canvas suit construction.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unworn, unaltered, with tags attached). Like the perfect fit of our modern cut tailoring, we aim to make this process seamless.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, these items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-tailored suits & tuxedos (including our made-to-measure boys suits and banded collar shirts)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
  • Altered or monogrammed garments

Returns Process

Follow these steps with the same care you’d take when selecting French cuff shirts:

  1. Initiate Your Return within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Await Authorization – Our concierge team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Package Carefully – Return items in original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Securely – Use the provided return label (return shipping fees may apply)

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size or color), follow the return process above and specify your desired replacement. We’ll handle your request with the same discretion as our premium fabric selection.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Upon receiving your return:

  • Processing takes 3-5 business days (with the same efficiency as our order fulfillment)
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding Asia), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping with the same care we apply to our international deliveries.
